Friday Free Dog Walk to Garsons 9:00
Free Dog Walking Service – Fridays Only, First Come, First Serve
I’m offering a free dog walking service on Fridays for dog owners who need help fitting in a longer walk for their furry friend. While I’m in the process of establishing my dog and family nutrition business, I’m happy to offer this favour at no charge, as I’m already out walking on Fridays.
Service Details:
Available on Fridays only.
I will collect your dog at 9:00 AM for a scenic walk.
Return: I’ll make sure to be back by 11:45 AM at the latest to ensure timely availability for a 12:00 PM Zoom session.
Location Restrictions: This service is available only to households within 5 to 10 minutes’ walk from Walton Station, ensuring a timely return of your dog.
First Come, First Serve: Spaces are limited, so the service will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you give permission, I’d love to share a picture or video of your dog enjoying their walk on my Instagram page. Strictly only with your permission – I will not post anything without your consent!
Additionally, while I’m out walking your dog, I can pick up fresh fish from the Weyfish van and bring it back for you, if you’d like.
This is a great opportunity to get your dog out for a longer walk while I continue to build my dog and family nutrition business. No cost, no obligation – just a friendly favour to give you a helping hand.
About
My name is Anja Conway
Hello! I’m Anja Conway, and my passion for health and nutrition started over 15 years ago when my fitness trainer, Adam Cox, helped me understand the crucial link between diet and overall wellbeing. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in healthy living, drawing inspiration from experts like Saskia Gregson-Williams, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, Tim Spector, and Dr. Chris van Tulleken. Their work, along with programs like Hello Fresh, Gousto, and Mindful Chef, led me to explore nutrition further and ultimately pursue studies in this field.
Mindfulness, exercise, and relaxation are just as important to me as nutrition. Throughout the pandemic, I found guidance from coaches like Joe Wicks, David Weller, and yoga instructors such as Adriene Louise Mishler, Kassandra Reinhardt, and Luchin Mischke. These practices have shaped my approach to well-being.
My mission now is to share my passion for healthy eating and living with my community. I draw inspiration from Dr. Saliha Mahmood Ahmed’s The Kitchen Prescription and Alex Hely-Hutchinson’s 26 Grains to create delicious, nourishing recipes. At home, we’ve been growing our own produce with an allotment we started two years ago, which will eventually replace our organic Riverford vegbox—but not yet! The vegbox has been essential in keeping our meals vibrant and nutritious while providing new ingredients for exciting recipes.
Nothing happened overnight—every little adjustment I made over time turned into a lasting habit, and it’s those habits that eventually led to success. It’s a process I now share with others on their own health journeys.
When I’m not focused on my new career path, you’ll find me enjoying time with my Siberian Forest cat, Roxy, and planning to add a dog to our family soon. Pets, I believe, bring so many benefits to our well-being, including reducing stress and promoting physical activity.
Let’s embrace a healthier life together!
