Service Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refund requests for services can be made within 7 days after your service has been delivered or completed.

    • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted only if the service was not delivered as agreed upon.

  1. How to Request a Refund:

    • To initiate a refund request, please contact us at info@chickpea.co.uk within the eligible timeframe, providing details of the issue and your order information.

    • Please include any relevant supporting information (such as communications or documents) to help us review your request.

  1. Refund Process:

    • If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 21 business days.

    • For services that have already been partially or fully delivered, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.

  1. Non-refundable Services:

    • Due to the nature of service-based work, we do not offer refunds for services that have been completed in full, unless they were not performed as agreed.

    • Custom packages, consultations, or services rendered will not be refundable once work has begun.

  1. Cancellations:

    • If you wish to cancel a scheduled service before the work has started, you may be eligible for a refund of any advance payment made. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.

    • If you cancel within he cancellation period of the service, a cancellation fee may apply.

  1. Unsatisfactory Service:

    • If you are unhappy with the service provided, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to correct the issue or offer a solution that meets your satisfaction.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges for services, but we are happy to discuss revisions or adjustments to meet your needs within the scope of the original agreement.
